Nathan Waterhouse

Passionate about people and helping them work better together. Trained as a product designer, Nathan has applied design to many fields from transforming large multinationals such as Generali and T-Mobile to become more creative, to enabling social change in urban slums in Delhi. Nathan worked for 11 years at IDEO where he was CEO and co-founder of IDEO’s open innovation business, OI Engine and prior to that co-founded and helped lead OpenIDEO.com. Today he consults and advises startups and large multinationals looking to take a human-centered approach to create growth and make stuff happen.
