Managed production and development of the Ridgewing modular guitar system by utilizing manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, 3D printing, investment casting, CNC milling, and laser cutting to improve or create new components and manufacturing processes. Created models in SolidWorks that were 3D printed and used to create rubber molds for casting carbon fiber guitar components. Designed artwork for web and tradeshow banners. Handled correspondences with multiple customers and suppliers in various countries. Ordered shop supplies and performed general maintenance of shop machines and tools.
