• Oversees the translation labeling, updating, approval and production of packaging artwork of over 800 packaging components, including components for distribution in over 20 countries, ensuring consistent global brand image.
• Instrumental in formulating the labeling, artwork approval SOP process, which significantly improved time to market, accuracy and allowed the company to become ISO 13485:2016 certified for distribution of medical devices.
• Revamped the documentation necessary for receiving and on the line production that reduced paperwork and increased efficiency.
• Decreased die cutting costs by designing point of purchase (POP) displays that can merchandise a variety of products using the same merchandising structure.
• Saved photography costs and improved image quality by using the Illustrator production files to create product images in Photoshop for use in selling materials.
• Saved over $80,000 in advertising production costs by bringing in-house the file prep for magazine advertising.
