Spearheaded the growth of Polaris' Industrial Design operations by establishing an advanced design studio in Corona, CA to focus on the Southwestern market and relay findings back to ID HQ in MN. Procured a high-impact team of world-class designers and A-Class surfacing specialists. Integrated cutting-edge 2D/3D visualization tools and rapid prototyping capabilities.
Introduced and implemented the Industrial Design process across several of Polaris' Southern California subsidiaries, including Pro Armor, Smittybilt, G2, Pro Comp, 4WP, GEM, and Taylor-Dunn, elevating brand image and awareness and boosting market competitiveness through innovative and distinctive design.
Collaborated closely with the Factory Race team to conceptualize, develop, and execute a distinctive and high performance SxS race vehicle using state of the art composite and molding technologies to compete in the UTV Pro Open, FIA T4, SCORE, BITD, and Rally Raid races.
Led the development of a revolutionary and industry first modular attachment system and accompanying suite of over 50 accessories for personalized integration into the revolutionary Xpedition overlanding platform and Ranger XD full-size Utility vehicles.

I also worked on several advanced concept vehicles that significantly influenced Polaris' brand identity and design language for years to come.
