Responsible for entire Mid-Tier line of footwear development for the brand LifeStride including but not limited to: local and national shopping trips to identify key trends and adding to our line with emphasis on maintaining brand DNA; design entire line for all 6 seasons per annum; detail entire line and correct samples as needed; constant communication with team in China to meet all deadlines with minimum interruption; presenting of entire line to sales team; creation of price conscious products to meet changing demands of customers buying patterns; almost daily creation of CADs to offer customers additional color/material options; working closely with pricing team to achieve sales and updating product as needed to accomplish this; working with sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and maintenance.

Held multiple design positions starting in the Creative Team developing multiple forms of marketing pieces, hangtags, and CADs for multiple brands including, but not limited to: design and development of multiple types of footwear including Kid’s Fashion, Men’s Fashion and Athletics, and Cleated Product; travelling to China to work with sample plants and factories to help expedite lead time for proto development; shopping local and national markets to decipher and discover rising/on-going trends, and to identify falling trends.
