Mikayla Dhein

My name is Mikayla Dhein and my passion is Event Planning! I am looking to find a career for an Event Planning company where I’d be able to learn and grow into an Event Coordinator role. I have a strong background in Event Planning, Customer Service, and Recruiting. I have great verbal and written communication skills combined with an outgoing, positive, and friendly personality. I have gained experience building long-term business relationships and strong leadership skills throughout my work with the Alpha Phi Fraternity; holding several positions such as, Director of Chapter Events, Vice President of Programming and Education, Director of Sisterhood, and Director of Philanthropy. I am very creative, organized, self-motivated, great multi-tasking and I work well in a team environment as well as independently. I am a hard worker who places an emphasis on detail, leadership, follow through, goal orientation, work ethic, and time management.
