Develop painting designs under directions from Creative Director and Head Designer, working with seasonal concepts, themes, color palettes, and metal work.
-Prepare digital file (mostly in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, and Corel Draw) or paint physical samples.
-Create color ways and modified versions.
-Create Stencil.
-Create Seasonal color palette in paint.
-Create speciality painter's painting production manual for handover.
Developed painting techniques to realize the vision of the Director/Designer, including creation of stencil to incorporate airbrush techniques, introduction of new tools and paints, training of specialty painters for production.
