* Provide Industrial Design leadership as a core team member of cross-functional teams on global product development projects from concept through production. * Create and develop concepts, designs, and specifications of materials and manufacturing process that optimize the functions, value and appearance of the products through form/ aesthetics, human factors, textiles, color and finishes * Lead and directed the work of design firms as requested on a project basis * Lead and supported the microfiber initiatives. Determine best methods of sourcing, construction, performance, testing and application through independent research and collaboration with suppliers. * Core team member focused on understanding the needs and cleaning habits of pet owners across all categories, developing future pet opportunity targets and key consumer insights. * Develop and Define VBL principals and overarching guidelines. Continue to support the new VBL as a voice of "feminine strength" in alignment with the shaping of our brand equity. * Core team member on the Disruptive Innovation team, tasked with developing and executing a new process for future innovations and product development. * Organized and lead brainstorms and ideation sessions around front end innovation and strategic processes.
