* Owns and operates a computer service company that specializes in Windows and Apple platform machine repairs and network installs. * Installs residential and commercial LAN and WAN networks, including wireless and wired configurations. * Installs closed circuit and internet driven security systems in residential settings. * Provides technical support and training for school-wide technology (computers) and troubleshoot hardware and software problems within the facility. * Troubleshoots installed Windows server systems and provides coordinated help on hardware issues. * Prioritizes client needs and establishes break fix protocols when need to keep the client systems operational. * Uses remote desktop applications like TeamViewer to help correct client hardware and software issues in both commercial and residential settings.

Miami-Dade College * Teaches and facilitates the Introduction to Microcomputer course (CGS 1060) and advanced Microsoft Office 365 applications within the ENTEC department at multiple Miami-Dade College campuses in Miami-Dade County. * Instructs A+ certification courses and Network topography courses. * Owns and operates a kayak propulsion company that helps people add both electric and gas engine systems to client's watercraft. * Installs custom engine systems for disabled and/or impaired veterans of the armed forces. * Helps young people with emotional and physical impairments enjoy the outdoors by guiding them on recreational trips through water sport activities here in South Florida.
