Mary Best

My name is Mary Best and I am a full-time undergraduate student at St. Bonaventure University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication and minoring in English. I finished my second year as a Digital Media Intern for Darien Lake Theme Park last October and now write for the BroadwayWorld.com Student Center



At Bona’s, I am the Editor-in-Chief for The Bona Venture. In addition, I worked for the news department and co-hosted a radio show on WSBU FM 88.3 The Buzz, and co-founded SBU Path – an anti-human trafficking club and sing in our acapella group, Bonacoustics. Prior to college, I wrote for the weekly NeXt supplement in The Buffalo News.



I have many interests – mainly writing, editing, dancing, singing, fangirling, flash mobbing, finding non-dairy alternatives and taking far too many pictures. I love Broadway and musical theater more than anything, and I am sometimes mistaken for Velma from Scooby-Doo.
