Lydia Dale has been avidly painting and drawing since she first volunteered to help design and paint sets for a high school musical production at age 16. She went on to design/paint sets for four different musical productions throughout her teen years. Her senior year of highschool she graduated from Art Instruction School and won a second place award in the Art Instruction School's international competition in 2008 (she also was a finalist in 2006). After graduating she, taught art classes to children and high school students.

She attended North Country Community College for one semester where she won 3rd place in their campus wide art competition.
In 2014, she graduated from SUNY Canton with a Bachelors of Technology in Graphic Multimedia Design and a minor in Writing and Communications. She received the Chancellors Award for Student Excellence:

She moved to Orlando, Florida and worked as the Guinness World Records Attractions Intellectual Property Creative Coordinator for Ripley Entertainment since 2014 where she gained experience in museum exhibit design, showcard layout, brochure design, game interface design, and wall graphic design.
Currently, she lives in Watertown NY where she teachers art at the college level (SUNY Canton) and runs painting classes which are open to the public.
