As a Digital Marketing Manager for SiteOne Landscape Supply I was in charge of managing the integration of our new website and e-commerce platform with Hybris, implementing a new analytics suite through Adobe Analytics, leveraging a new Voice of Customer (VOC) platform in OpinionLab and managing a new knowledge base for a brand new customer portal with ServiceNow. While I was managing the implementation of these new systems, I was also developing and managing our current website and web presence. I collaborated with marketing and divisional teams to help create new landing pages, sales copies, and email marketing campaigns to improve our digital footprint by being the best in class for the Green Industry.
