I use my roots and family as a primary source inspiration for my work.
Taking old photos, details of abandoned places and buildings for construct stories that find their bases in forgotten tales and in the past, life that could be over taken place in is forgotten frames.
I create a world and a muse that reflect in that particular world.
I often research portraits of women in literature as hypothetical muses for my works.
I use transparent collages such as illustration to create from past, present in future: I use this technique for draw my collections and “write” in my own sketchbooks.
Thanks the internships, I’m specializing in historical research, costume design and haute couture tailoring.
My esthetic design combines clean and modular cutting with theatrical and historical research of fabrics details and embroideries.
Embroideries and textile developments are a great passion of mine and they are part of my research.
I look to use innovation, contrastive and alternative materials to create ad inusual surface tensions that they are applied to the finally silhouette.
