As the Digital Asset Administrator for Do it Best Corp., I am responsible for the integrity of product image and logo usage both internally and externally. I am the point person for MediaBeacon, our digital asset management system. I also use my Photoshop expertise daily to retouch member store and staff photos, and create web graphics. Additionally, I provide support to the Graphics department with HTML email creation in Dreamweaver, and further work in Salesforce. I constantly search for new opportunities to expand my skills.

Perform daily web maintenance and updates on Publishing Division’s various websites. Coordinate with newspaper editorial and social media colleagues to promote daily news features. Address technical issues with main website and work with IT on resolutions. Responsible for web publishing of all periodicals: weekly newspaper, monthly & bi-monthly magazines, and daily blog posts. Generate weekly e-newsletter for newspaper and parish marketing e-mails for current and potential customers. Select and modify appropriate imagery for web content use. Moderate web comments. Create new subtopic sections and pages for the website as needed. Update corporate website with news releases.

Built print material templates for e-procurement website by reconfiguring InDesign documents into web components. Converted Flash banners for stationery ordering website. Processed online orders for print material using order workflow. Customized direct mail materials, using brand logo and photo usage guidelines. Created advertisements for monthly business magazine. Accountable for organization, file management, and proofing of press-ready project files.
