As a prospective member of the group, I volunteered my services for the Active 20-30 Club of Fort Wayne’s annual fundraiser. I created a save-the-date postcard, event posters, tickets, and program.
A "save the date" postcard was sent out 3 months in advance of the event to the previous year's attendees. I used the brick wall as a nod to the brick interior of the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, which was the venue for 2012.

A poster was created to advertise the event at downtown and other venues with all the pertinent information regarding tickets and details.
The physical ticket design was edgy but fulfilled all the club's needs, including the form on the back for attendee contact information.

The event program had several functions, most important of which was the listing of all the silent auction items. Also vital was the advertising spaces for the sponsors.
