Supported in-house marketing efforts for Helix Design Group, Inc. Layout and logos designs for postcards, brochures, posters, website, and PowerPoint presentations. Managed and maintained fresh content on social media sites. Additionally responsible for photographing finished project sites and existing buildings.

HDR Responsible for many different aspects of entering accurate commissioning data for large architectural and engineering projects. Additionally responsible for assembling marketing materials for large proposals and coordinating efforts between many offices. Managed and updated a large database of highly specific marketing data for over 200 projects and 20 employee resumes. Other duties included, ordering office supplies, resolving building issues, coordinating meetings, answering the phones, entering expense reports for members of the management team, and all clerical office work.

Collaborative designs for in house advertising and marketing department. Working with a team of three graphic designers we designed brochure layout, large run of press advertisements, posters, signs, banners and other flyers and invitations.
