I was asked to design two bathroom sets for KraftMaid's 2014 KBIS booth. The space was small, and the company wanted to showcase both traditional design and modern design in one space. The two bathroom spaces shared a wall, so the dilemma was to create two separate spaces with completely different styles, yet work together at the same time. The solution was to create two spaces whose colors complimented each other so an easy transition could be made from one space to the other without one or the other looking out of place. Complimentary cabinet finishes were used within the space, and a soft grey wall color was chosen to fall into the background so the cabinetry was the main focus. This cabinetry design was done by me, as well as the lighting design and final propping.
