Success isn't measured by Addys, Golden Pencils, or Clios, though they are nice and I've managed to garner a few. It is truly measured by client success stories. A beautifully designed piece may be just that, but does it reach its target? Whether my job is to launch a new retail product, rescue a diminished brand, or create a unique user experience, the fundamentals of good process remain.
Develop a strategy. Create the solution. Deliver the product. Measure the success. Rinse and repeat.
