Various
Feb 2010 - Present (14 years 9 months)
I have been freelancing since emigrating to Australia in February 2010; completing various contracts ranging from a single day to a few months. I have worked in a variety of companies from small studios as one of only two graphic designers, though to advertising agencies, and large corporations, my work has included graphic design as well as finished art and retouching.
Some of my most relevant contracts are detailed below (Red Cross, Sigma and Coles)
-
In-house Graphic Designer
The Australian Red Cross Blood Service
Mar 2012 - Aug 2012 (5 months)
As one of two in-house graphic designers, I was responsible for the production of accurate designs for a wide range of print-based media, ensuring all deadlines and specifications were met. I led jobs from concept or brief through to final artwork. Although much of the work involved adhering to tight brand guidelines, I also relished the opportunity to work on original ideas and suggest new designs when the opportunity arose
