I am currently working for a local BTL agency as a Art director / Design Manager. I am creative, artistic, enthusiastic, fast solving problem.

As a Art Director/Design Manager I am fully in charge for every artwork delivered by the design team, we were successfully delivered our best work to some big clients like Unilever, GSK, Huggies, Beck's etc.

Little bit about my Job description

- Manage and give guidance to design team as well as recruiting and training new junior (we normally have about 5 members in team, including 2D, 3D)

- Give Creative direction, Art direction to the team in building Keyvisual, POSM, Event Production, Activation.

- Supervise production for all print, merchandising

- Traffic management to follow a strict deadline
