My focus has been to generate high-impact ideas that helped drive the company's gross sales. I introduced a tool to measure compliance and create action items to improve compliance by more than 85%. I led the way for Skechers to launch its first window ever at Macy's and Famous Footwear on 34th Street in NYC, which increased sales by more than 30%. I created a shop-in-shop program allowing Skechers to share their brand message in over 2,000 stores across 20 countries. I oversaw the design and construction of the largest Skechers shop-in-shop in the world, located in the UK, resulting in a 65% increase in sales and a 30% increase in inventory. I oversaw the design and construction of the first Skechers-operated shop-in-shop in the world, located in Madrid. My position allows me to lead and work with cross-functional teams, corporate leaders, advertising, sales, legal, product development, retail construction, and partners from around the globe.

I was focused on providing leadership and design direction for marketing initiatives of more than (18) brands. I led the design and installation of our corporate brand identity in California, Canada, New York, and South America. I was responsible for planning and forecasting a fiscal budget exceeding 4.5 million dollars across multiple brands with multiple budgets. I successfully managed and designed more than 300 marketing and promotional events nationwide per year, which included surf events such as the Eddie Aikau and the Roxy Pro. I was instrumental in the launch of Quiksilver Women's and the Kelly Slater lines. I created several art exhibits and managed the design and construction of the Surf History Museum; I managed all National Sales meetings and other major corporate events.
