Kareem Guyton was born in Chicago IL. He is a video game design major at International Academy of Design and Technology. Kareem chose this career path because of his love for video games. As a child Kareem always said that he wanted to make video games. Kareem’s design aesthetic is more of a dynamic composition. He is unique because of his attention to detail when creating video game assets. Kareem is inspired by the artwork of different video game artist such as Steve Firchow. During his time at the International Academy of Design and Technology Kareem utilizes Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Flash, and Z-Brush to execute his ideas. Upon his graduation from IADT Kareem wants to be a video game concept artist/character artist. Kareem is set to graduate from the academy in April 2014.
