Oversaw project team in delivering the following:

• Construction of Kenanga Wholesale City, 19-storey shopping mall (Completed August 2011).
• Design development for Onyx Tower, 30-storey mixed use development (Underway).
• Planning permission for Grass Hotel, 24-storey tower (Underway).

In performing my tasks, I demonstrated:

• Assertive but decorous temperament in managing crises and making on-site decisions, in close collaboration with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Good instincts and appreciation for bureaucratic processes and building regulations, as well as dealings with relevant authorities in pursuing all stages of approvals/ compliances.
• Thorough reviews of incoming and outgoing communications – ensuring concise and authoritative dissemination of reports, instructions, drawing issuances & certificates.
• Efficient delegation and adequate de-briefing of tasks to the architects and draftspersons in my care, minimising abortive work and maintaining high morale amongst my cohorts.

• Schematic design for small projects – houses, showrooms & apartments.
• Producing in-house graphics and promotional material for the office.
• Housekeeping, systems and server maintenance, backups, procurement of supplies and samples.

• Research of bio-algal fuels as sustainability initiative in theoretical skyscraper design.
• Exploration into heritage issues for proposed Pitt Street tower.
• Design assistance for UWS student accommodation.
