Harold Park Halo - The site is a disused harness racing grounds; the immensity of the paceway barricaded the people from their public spaces for the longest time. The project aims to revitalise the locality by demolishing the alienating structure, replacing it with a form that negotiates the significant changes in the topography. The project will incorporate an arts campus and corresponding student housing. A halo hovers above containing various community facilities, a bird sanctuary and park.
