Leotech faced missing UX workflows for delivering successful projects. After meetings with main stakeholders and team members from different backgrounds an infographic was produced to that all employees could have a visual guideline in the office, UX alignment with Front & Back End process.
A breakdown of the main UX tasks required for every project in alignment with the development teams and the team members required for each stage as well as the gains from following the guidelines tasks as close as possible.
The UX team required a visual simplify version of UX activities to be performed, divided by the categories Prior, During and After on the Discovery and Development stages.
A Usability Testing method develops to obtain the level of complexity for features and functionalities facing the end user.

The purpose of the Content Audit at this stage was to:
• Determine which web pages required content changes. e.g reduce text, make more visual.
• Improve the navigation changing the hierarchy of the content. e.g level 3 changed to level 2, expressed visually in the IA (Information Architecture)
• Remove pages with low ranking or irrelevant content
• Consolidate pages with similar information
