Leader and manager of the production team, create and roll out a processes for the production team, push for continuous improvement, thumbnail, make photo selections, help and direct other designers to develop their ads, work closely and brainstorm with account execs to develop ad campaigns for clients, meet weekly deadlines and produce printer ready files. I also maintained the website and created web banners. Trained new hires and interns, as well. Programs used: CS5 - InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, Word and PowerPoint.

Self art direct, thumbnailing, executing strong concepts and designing DVD covers, Posters, Animated Flash web banners and advertisements for Horror/Sci-Fi Movies/Children’s Movies. Also ran the intern program. Programs used: InDesign, QuarkXpress, PhotoShop, Flash and Illustrator.
