Pepperoni Clamp Plate Design & Test Campaign
Designed multiple iterations of new pepperoni clamps in SolidWorks to improve machine performance and reliability
Wrote and executed comprehensive test plans to empirically determine clamping performance relative to heritage design
Characterization Testing for Non-Homogenous Food Product
Designed jig to determine material properties of a food product using engineering first principles
Jig allowed for measurement of both a force and corresponding deflection to determine material stiffness constant
Weekly Test Cooks
Conducted large-scale hardware and firmware systems tests of robotic pizza machine
Documented and diagnosed any relevant issues to be conveyed to the responsible engineer

Test Vehicle Data Analysis
Analyzed audio and visual traces from the fleet of on-road SAE Level 2 and Level 3 test vehicles along with vehicle sensor data to identify areas of interest and communicated them to the responsible colleague
Vehicle Measurement System Temperature Test
Tasked with comparing the thermal efficiencies of the cooling systems for in-car measurement systems by using multiple thermometers placed in various parts of the vehicle’s trunk
Analyzed trends in temperature changes to identify which cooling system was most efficient
Stereo Multipurpose Camera Test Campaign
Attended a proving ground test campaign with the purpose of data collection in an effort to improve the traffic sign detection performance of the forward-facing camera
Test Vehicle ECU Updating and Troubleshooting
Learned to use DTS9 in order to properly update the ADAS ECUs with the newest test software and diagnose errors

Bread Tray Chute Design Project
Designed a system that transfers injection-molded bread trays from the machine to the conveyor underneath all in proper part orientation for future cobot automation.
Parts of the IMM and conveyor had to be measured and accurately modeled in Solidworks to ensure that the design solution had the proper dimensions and tolerances.
The design solution was an aluminum chute with extended flaps that catch the trays as they are ejected from the machine, they then slide down and out of the chute and onto the conveyor.
