I was born into a beautiful family with an incredible work ethic, so from a young age I was brought up with the appreciation of the value of products. The day after my 14th birthday I went out looking for a weekend job, I eventually got a call up from a local cafe, 'The Copper Kettle'. I worked there throughout my time at secondary school and met some incredible people and learnt invaluable skills. I think getting a job at an early age allowed me to build confidence with customers and most importantly myself. After the Copper Kettle I had an incredible education with Ian Dawson, my design teacher throughout secondary education. He sparked my enthusiasm as a designer, I loved being creative as a child but I never thought I could make a career out of it, without him I wouldn't have a clue where I would be heading. That brings us to now, at the time of writing, I am a third year student at Teesside University.
