Manage and Design Disney Princess doll/toy development from concept to production. Daily responsibilities include: Working with outside vendors for prototype painting, sculpting and dress sample making, giving design direction and comments to partners in HK/China and work closely with internal cross functional teams to realize an overall product strategy. Lead designer in the launch of the new Disney Princess Classic dolls featuring animation accurate design, Disney Fairies and Special Edition Collector doll deputing this Fall.
