About
Hi I'm John Adrian Daez (JD for short) and I am a graphic designer. Currently living and working in Singapore. In this line of work everything starts with an idea. You then try to translate that idea into a play of shape, colour, layout, typography. That’s what graphic design is for me, simple and yet engaging. Paul Rand said it best when he uttered these words “Design is so simple, that's why it's so complicated.” .
Throughout my career I had to learn and improve my knowledge across many applications that allow me to best express my ideas. I consider the following my primary apps; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash. And the following my secondary apps; Google SketchUp, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. -
