For the Outback ecomm page update, we needed to speak to each segmented audience: everyday suburban families with a casual interest in biking, parents interested in jogging, and multi-sport adventurist parents. The previous ecomm page was lacking in inspiring messaging and had key features buried in paragraphs of copy. For this refresh, we focused on combining crisp lifestyle imagery and copy with straightforward feature visuals that made the user's shopping experience easy, immersive, and informative. The Traveller ecomm page was meant to maintain cohesion while appealing to the everyday parents and toning down the multi-sport content.
