Systematically define new projects and business roadmaps with high value by researching users hidden needs and wishes and involving different people from the specific division. Do this for all divisions. Make awareness for design, user experience, social responsibilities with human focus. Build up and introduced a group of already 7 designers to the group, starting with myself 2 years ago during an internship.
