Brain SPECT/MRI Scanner
Working closely with a PhD student and developed and prototyped a new way of executing SPECT/MRI scans. Never before it was able to combine SPECT and MRI since the magnetic field of MRI limiting the use of electric actuators. So I designed a new type of motor that is very precise but still powerful, actuated with pure air pressure. Also wrote a computer program in Arduino-Processing to create a very easy user experience (for the person in the lab, executing scans)
