NOVO is a facial cleanser that warms during use, giving a comforting and effective clean. In collaboration with Radius Product Development, Tim Escolin and I developed this case study to explore opportunity gaps within the facial skin care market. Through consumer research and scientific exploration, we came up with an innovative new design.
