Dune Walk, Fire Island House Addition
New 600 s.f. .free-standing screened porch addition to existing Fire Island beach house with sliding glass doors opening to existing living room and exterior stair up to new roof deck, all with wrap around views of ocean and bay. Project included improvement of deck and stair damaged by Superstorm Sandy and creation of new recreational spaces.
