Ride OperatorAlton Towers ResortAlton, ILFeb 2018 - Nov 2019 (1 year 9 months)I returned once again to work at the resort for the Entirety of their 2018 and 2019 season. I worked as a Ride Operator continuing the job I held during the previous Season Whilst also continuing to develop my skills further By Gaining larger rides teams to manage. I was also promoted to Type 1 Operator, this meant that I could operate the highest difficulty of rides.

I worked at the resort as a Ride Operator for all of the 2017 season. As a Ride Operator I would look after small teams of people designating various job roles. Health Safety is key in this job role as large amounts of people Per day would come onto my ride. I also had some days Where i would lead the team of people who looked after The cleanliness of the resort as well as dealing with all Lost persons. -

I had to help the customers to find the toys they were looking for as well as assisting the store room workers by restocking the shelves. Ride HostAlton Towers ResortJul 2015 - Nov 2015 (4 months)I worked in Cbeebies Land as a ride host. This job consisted of working on the rides to ensure that the guests were safe and secure as well as working alongside the operator to make the guests experience as enjoyable as possible. I also worked as a Guest Experience Host for one day a week. This job consisted of dealing with any lost person cases and guest illnesses within my area as well as being called to assist with any emergencies in my area. This job meant that i was constantly interacting with guests of all ages from all over the World. There were also lots of days specifically for children with learning disabilities and special needs as well as having days aimed at children with parents in the army.

Awards
I have completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. In order to take part in these expeditions I completed a 2 day first aid training course as well as completing a course in orienteering and outdoor living. I hope to finish this off in the future
For over a year I volunteered at the local Brownies as a young leader I worked with the girls to help them achieve their badges which represent the ability to do a certain skill
2016-02-01 - In I completed my National Citizenship Service award. This consisted of a week long expedition at PGL where I participated in activities such as abseiling and raft building as well as completing the challenge course. I also did a social action project. I visited the West Village independent living centre and spoke to some of its residents as well as creating a brand for a pizza delivery service which I later had to pitch to my leaders.
Through working at Alton Towers I have also had to take part in water resus training first aid training -
