Therabody is a medium size start-up. They are expanding their product "TheraGun" a hand-held massage gun and additional product lines into international regions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Correspond with Project managers about upcoming jobs
• Format, update and design packaging files for translation, review, and final delivery to print production
• Design exploration for new product packaging
• Review work processes and naming conventions, identify pain points in work flow and submit improvements.
• Server organization and asset management.
• Maintain brand style for new packaging and updates into additional regions.
• Organize, layout and track multi lingual warning documents and user manuals.

Successes:
Identified and built a new translation process that reduced errors and production time by 80%.

Main Responsibilities:
• Correspond with Customer Services about about upcoming jobs and establish priority
• Process and assessment of client's mailing list
• Problem solve issues with files, lists and other tasks that arise in production process
• Format production files for final delivery to print production
• Review work processes, identify pain points in work flow and submit improvements

Successes:
To keep with automation practices, I tracked times, work process steps and volume of work to identify pain points in the work flow. Realizing production capability could not keep up with increasing work volume I researched topics, programs and automation techniques that would increase the ability of our production department without increasing staff members if possible. I identified time waste from unnecessary work requests and submitted a plan that could see 25-33% decrease in labor for the work we were doing.

Studio lead and Traffic Coordinator for packaging design dept. Oversee team of Production artist (full time and temp) to accomplish quarterly and yearly production goals for new packaging lines and marketing materials.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Brand guides for new line of products.
- Direct production projects to team members.
- Review yearly schedule to coordinate with factory production to deliver working files to printer on time.
- Manage projects as they transition from design to production then printer, including requests from sale, retouching and engineering to gather assets for each project.

Secondary Responsibilities:
- Help sales with requests, such as images, specs, mock-ups etc.
- Build Mock-up packaging and others examples for presentations.
- Design and layout marketing material, such as store displays and posters.

Production lead for for small design firm specializing in branding design.

- Layout of design comps provided by Art Director.
- Manage, prep, and collect files for final output to printer and other vendors.
- Develop and troubleshoot files.
- Maintain overall look and design style of packaging and brochures).

- Provide assistance to design team when they are overloaded.
- Build Mock-up Brochures and others examples for presentations.
- Design and layout presentations for client pitches.

Production lead for Infiniti Team, overseeing Brand development and style. Maintain brochures, both print and digital. Transitioned to Audi Team, which also included their Brand Catalog and Point of Sale materials.

I found a calling to be a designer who that would to help small businesses and start-up by providing them with knowledgable and affordable work that would help them succeed where they may not be able to do otherwise.

Just4Kids Magazine was a start-up monthly periodical that catered specifically for children.

Layout and Production for a printing company. Files provided to be me were to be converted, separated and prepared for digital and off-set printing.

Other duties included:
- Re-illustrating Logos and other artwork.
- Helping on the press and doing finishing tasks.
- Layout and design for clients such as new Business card for their new employees, creating large banners for events and making booklets off the digital printer.

Design and Production artist for a Large Non-profit Church.

Responsibilities included:
- Logo design for different programs
- Bulletin design and in house production for each weekly sermon.
- All branding and design needs for their projects, employees and building. And responsible to production of all pieces.

I was initially hired on to rebrand this entertainment company. Which included redesigning their promo kits and media brochures. Since they also produced their own original content and shows i also developed logos for their content as well as ad design for their website etc. "Subterranya" was also a new show they were working with FOX to develop and I was also tasked with designing presentations and and other content specific to this show.
