I'm a designer who loves newspapers. I have worked in magazine-style publications, but my real passion is broadsheet. I can work any section, including hard news, features, sports, and business. My background was mostly sports and infographics during the first few years of my career; now I'm a more versatile designer. I'm accustomed to handling more than one section at once in a daily edition paper. I'm also a fast inside-page designer, which gives me more time to think about my display pages. In addition to layout, I have illustration skills that can be useful, strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and I can work on Mac and PC equally.
Right now I am trying to diversify my portfolio with some freelance and marketing projects. -

On a weekly basis, I also did advance work for various papers' Sunday A1. I have experience in every section of the paper, including A1. Trained on tight deadlines I'm used to do fast re-designs after late breaking news.
