_ Responsible for the Management of Product Development. This routine includes:

* Responsible for making the Collection' s Calendar together with other partner departments as well as management its implementation on Fashion Design Team
* Responsible for Prints and Trims direction and approval with the Visual Arts Team

* Travel to China suppliers in order to improve the relationship, establish efficient methodology and satisfactory for both, streamline some developments approvals and close some deals together with Richards' Buying Manager
* Responsible, together with both Comercial and Visual Merchandising Department, for front windows definition and approvals
* Responsible for Fashion Design Department' monthly results presentation, as well as the action plan required for the achievement of the department and firm goals, to the board of directors
* Responsible for product excellence quality assurance from which the brand is recognized in Brazil

Responsible for creating and developing the Denim Department Spring 2014 Collection, which includes also twills and all kinds of Apparel.

I was hired by Lojas Renner to renew the Men's Brand Marfinno, the Lojas Renner's casual lifestyle brand and reverse the poor performance that the brands was having for 10 months until that time.
Lojas Renner is the biggest Brazilian Department Store.

_ Reserva is a Men's Label with 5 years old and in continuous growing. It has 16 own stores nowadays and by the end of the year of 2011, is planning to have 20 owned stores;

_ Richards is one of the most Mens solid and recognized Mens labels in Brazil with about 38 stores in Brasil and also a store in Portugal
_ Responsible for creating and developing the Shirts Collection. This routine includes:

* Developing the relationship between Richards and suppliers in order to improve quality and cost benefit
* Trend researches through specialized magazines, websites and travels to New York and Paris
* Support to the Sales Department through a Collection's informative book
* Responsible for developing part of the shirt collections at a renowned Hong Kong Supplier from the trims and fabric to the final product

_ Extinct Men's brand. I was hired to help them begin the company, managing all the product development which consisted of:
* Trend researches;
* Product creation;
* Packaging conception;
* Consolidate suppliers partners;
* Sales Team assistance;

_I stayed there until 3 months after the first store opened. Then I received a better offer and left the company.
