Mountain bike race series in Colorado/Utah. Prior to becoming a multi-event series, there was just one event called The Whole Enchilada Enduro, and the mark is a stylization of the end of an enchilada encapsulated in a bicycle crank. The swirl also captures the movement of mountain biking.
This logo was in use for the first season of the series, and was discontinued after the series was sold to a new management group with their own creative department.
