I am a recent MFA graduate student from Tyler School of Art and currently working as Product Designer at Crayola in Easton, PA on the Color Wonder team.
My passion lies in the creation of children's toys--I want to provide children with the opportunity to explore, imagine, and create as I did as a child. But beyond just making objects, I want to facilitate experiences, emotion, and human interaction. I want to create lasting memories and stories. I strive to become as aware and empathetic to children’s needs as possible so that I can positively impact their lives through the creation of my toys.
I have strong visual and word skills, which have been put to good use in many varied design applications. I have extensive experience in 3D modeling, rendering, conceptual sketching, presentation board creation, and rapid prototyping. I also have extensive experience with Rhinoceros, Bunkspeed Pro, Flamingo nXt, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Magics, Dreamweaver, and Z-Edit. In addition to this, I also have experience in wax curving, casting, metal fabrication, and mold making. I have a great passion for learning and discovering. I am an extremely hard worker who earnestly tries to overcome challenges. I am sincere, honest, dependable, flexible, and able to work well with others.
