Creation of complete and accurate construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical, structural, framing, foundation and roof plans. Coordination with consultants, completing the drawings and details, preparing and compiling all the necessary information and completing submittals to the building department. Selection from existing color schemes which ones will be available for use in each upcoming development, as well as which scheme will be used on each model home. Complete plot plans for individual lots within the subdivisions, preparing them for the building department and for the sales of each home.

AutoCAD drafting, working directly with the Architect and Interior Designer on both residential and commercial projects, creating as built and new floor plans. Created and implemented project templates, and CAD standards. Drafted floor plans, elevations and detail drawings with accuracy and efficiency. Designed proposals that included details and photos of selections that were to be used in upcoming projects. Created and implemented ordering and inventory processes, following up and ensuring that orders were delivered on time. Managed employees, payroll and bookkeeping.
