Erika Lavin

Part of the Infant/Preschool team. Specialties include designing characters, colors, and creating the looks and feels of mini-lines within the Little Tikes brand. Experienced with both plastic and fabric goods.

Designed two playmats and accessories as well as all graphics with the supervision of a senior designer. Illustrated decals for various products, including the Activity Garden line and several kitchens. Designed the graphic look for the "In the Kitchen" line. Created color studies for a variety of toys. Assisted preparing the foam and plastic models in the shop for line review. Brainstormed new concepts for Winter and Spring lines. Learned about manufacturing processes and drew control drawings for toy prototypes.
