Lead Architect
Responsible for being a representative architect to attend meetings.
Coordinate the in-house team, as well to manage their work.
Develop director & owner’s idea, help them to determine the Facade choices.
Preparing the projects’ proposal and brochure.

Assistant of Planning Director
Coordinate with other divisions, as well as liaise with partner consultants (local & international), including to attend meetings and maintain good communication and coordination with them.
Review works of the team and partner consultant with Planning Director.
Minutes Meeting and the director’s received and sent letter record.
Documents record and manage of Legal, MOU, Agreement, Planning, as well as prepare all the documents when needed.

Projects:
Funtasy Island – Batam - www.funtasyisland.com
Role: Lead architect for Corallium Villa and Beach Club Ferry Terminal.
Provide architectural drawings, including details and material selection.
Representative of DA as owner’s local architect consultant.
Attend site meetings in Batam and consultants’ meetings in Singapore.

Gateway Park Senayan & Centurium Senayan
Role: Lead Architect for area renewal and development.
Compile and record architectural drawing from architect consultants.
Work closely with partner agent to arrange tenant mixture & layout.
Making proposals, documents record and handling.

Bali Airport City
Role: Site Development planner, includes making proposals.
Liaise with partner consultants, and documents handling.
Compile and record architectural proposals from architect consultants.

Jababeka Cilegon Industrial Area
Role: Masterplan of industrial city, concept designer for 700 Ha areas, phase 1 mass studies.

* Architect Responsible for architectural designing and standard architectural drawing including layout, section, and facade. Skills gained: develop in 3D drawing using AutoCad. * Interior Designer Responsible in both interior designing and drawing. Skills gained: o Develop in Interior Designing. o Experience gain in housing, exhibition, and store design. o Develop in 3D drawing using 3D max 2009 with v-ray. o Develop in 3D max v-ray lighting for interior use. o Knowledge gain in materials used for furniture. o Learn some furniture details. * Responsible in give training to the sales.
