Managed a design team with a diverse range of skills and abilities including exhibit and environment design, CAD, and Art Production. In this role I also served as a senior designer, provided creative direction to designers and clients, developed new offerings and service design, and focused on the business of design by developing tools and methods to track and report design team performance analytics.

In this role I also gained insight and experience in environment and interior design by working with the team on projects focused on corporate interior/exterior design.

Management of in-house corporate Exhibit Design team coordinating a range of design resource projects from exhibit design, product development, marketing communications, designer training and mentorship, and promotions related efforts. Worked directly with dealers and sales representatives to coordinate design projects, and to promote best design practices and our design services. Successfully worked to increase design service revenue, wholesale sales, close rate, and incoming project opportunities year over year by refining our service level offerings and streamlining our workflow with new tools and techniques.

Design staff recruitment and evaluation
Mentoring of designers and salespeople on design practices and project qualification
Departmental budgeting
Design revenue invoicing/billing
Directed design & product training for 100+ designers across the Skyline network
Developed on-site design summit and training session syllabi and content
Developed content and hosted monthly webinars for the Skyline designer network
Created and managed an internal website that hosted fresh content and files for the designer network
Managed the development and maintenance of design team workflow tools and apps
Provided design team performance analytics to senior leadership
Served the Skyline dealer network as their design touch point by providing creative consultation

Designed and developed exhibiting solutions and proposals supporting a worldwide sales network of Skyline exclusive dealers. This broad role kept me switching hats on any given day between 3D modeler, graphic designer, lighting specialist, field design staff trainer, industrial designer, front-line sales assistance, and background strategist.

Graphic design, model making, and illustration for Automotive dealer training and sales event proposals.
Worked closely with the creative director and our event provider clients to successfully visualize their proposal briefs for their clients in the automotive industry.

Gained real world experience working with designers, engineers, 3D staff, and management to create concept models of automotive interior concepts from foam-core, clay, and polyurethane modeling foam.
