My name is Dylan Runge, and I'm a design student at Gateway Technical College. I've been playing around in photoshop since early high school and have adapted to other adobe programs very quickly once I gained access to them at Gateway. I also took an early interest in 3D modeling but never followed up on it before learning the ins and outs of maya. Aside from my experience with the computer programs involved in design, I also have a lot of experience with traditional art. I started drawing very early on and really honed my skill throughout high school. I wanted to draw for marvel comics for a long time, and that kind of drove me to improve my drawing skills.
I have some experience in video editing, and web design as well. I really enjoy working with video, be it directing, recording, or editing/effects work. I have a work-in-progress youtube channel. It's a group project involving me and a few good friends.
As far as web design goes, I don't care for HTML editing. I'm more of a visual web designer. I've used Dreamweaver to create a website for my airsoft team so we could have a web presence and grow our fanbase and draw new members in.
My favorite adobe programs are After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. I don't really use programs outside of adobe as far as design goes, but I'm able to work in 3DS Max or Maya for 3D modeling.
