Jewellery Design and Manufacture

During my time as CAM specialist within the Pallion group, i have completed a number of jewellery and design pieces from Concept to finished piece, both personally and for private clients.

In modern CAM (computer aided manufacturing) jewellery production there are four main processes.
1. Digital 3D drawings using CAD software.
2. Extremely high resolution 3D printing of wax based models at 1:1 scale
3. Lost wax casting of models into alloy.
4. Hand finishing of raw casts to a highly polished state.

I have gained experience it all of these areas to produce intricate, detailed, high quality jewellery.
