Directed line cooks and gave orders to maintain kitchen flow. During dinner rush and similar high stress moments, I maintained focus and consistently checked in with line cooks and waiters on updates. Worked a 50+ hour week. One of the two cooks who were in charge of making the flagship soup from scratch for the restaurant. Done daily inventory checks. Purchase ingredients and supplies for the restaurant. In charge of opening and closing the restaurant on workdays. Assign daily duties and tasks. Developed a love for cooking, kinda miss the high stress Painted and co-designed a 8' x 30' mural in the restaurant with the help of my father in under a week.
