Launched line for Realtree successfully from conception, to sourcing, through projections, the fit process, and through production. Created products for outdoor camouflage lines: Browning, Mossy Oak, Tee. shirt lines, and other licensed product lines. Developed Colored Camouflage for Realtree working closely with their teams. These colored fabrics later were launched successfully in the home decor, hard goods and other arena for Realtree's success. Collaborated with peers and other design team members to discuss product enhancements and features. Took project specifications and changed into drawings used to create final products. Determined changes in the project scope and made the necessary modifications to the job schedule. Communicated changes in project scope and timelines to proper stakeholders.
