Pre-Trip Inspection and Post-Trip Inspection of bus before and after every route or run. Ensure the safety of the passengers (students). Complete any all paperwork and the end of each route or run. Request Re-Route if needed. Check route sheet daily for changes (new student/student no longer rides this bus). Check engine oil and fuel levels and refuel the busses if needed.

Ensure the safety arrival and parking of the aircraft. Use guidemen to marshall up the aircraft with the proper safety equipment needed to unload passenger luggage from the aircraft. Fueling aircraft with the exact amount needed for the outgoing flight requested by the captain of the aircraft using a fuel tanker that connected to the wings of the aircraft to supply fuel. Connect the towbar to a pushback tractor to safely push back the aircraft using a guide man for each wing so the aircraft can taxi to the runway until the communications tower gives clearance for take off.
